      We are more than the sum of our parts, thoughts, feelings, and actions. We are a physical body with emotions, thoughts and aspirations; and sometimes a few of our parts do not harmonize with one another.

At Vital Pulse Acupuncture Wholistic Medicine we take into account all our patientsí symptoms

      making suggestions for conventional or complimentary medicine therapy where appropriate for the presenting condition.

      Treatment consists of a variety of possibilities: Current Check In; Story Telling; Body/Energy Empowerment Exercises to Mobilize Therapeutic Energy; Verbal or Vocal Expressions, Emotional Expressions, Therapeutic Breathing, Rebirthing, NLP or Hypnotherapy     


Wholistic Counseling Discussion

      We may have a preponderance of strong emotions, such as: sadness, grief, anger or fear which are getting in the way of our ability to act successfully in the world. Or we may be experiencing unrestrained and repetitive thoughts, finding it hard to turn them off or at least down. Overwhelming emotions and or uncontrolled negative thinking can lead to an inability to act in our life, often compounding a bad situation. All this adds up to Stress.

     We know through extensive research, that stress contributes to negative physical, mental and emotional symptoms, such as: Body Pain, Headaches, Digestive Disorders, Heart conditions to name but a few.   But stress also can lead to the over consumption of: Drugs and Alcohol, Sugar and Food, all with potential negative consequences, from dysfunction, pain, excessive weight gain and other chronic diseases.
