Qi Gong Medicine

Qi Gong combines regulated breathing, slow movement, and focused awareness, or mindfulness, to cultivate and balance the flow of qi, or intrinsic life energy. Practiced worldwide and rooted in traditional Oriental medicine, it incorporates aspects of exercise, meditation and philosophy.

As a healing art, Qi Gong is focused on prevention and self-healing, through balancing of the body’s energy meridians and enhancing the body’s own capacity to heal.
